The fine print

Arrival & Departure:  Fish Moreton is located at the Spinnaker Sound Marina, Sandstone Point.  The carpark is located a short walk from the Marina. Once inside the Marina please make your way to the entry gate and we will be there to greet you.  Alternatively, you can call us on 0421 752 382 if you need assistance.  Please arrive at least 15 minutes early so we can brief you of the safety requirements and we can depart at the allocated time.  Additional time to the charter on the day can be discussed with the captain but may be subject to bookings, tides and times. 

Cancellations

  • 7 Days prior to Departure – Full Charter & Catering Fees (if applicable) 

  • Between 7 Days & 48 hours prior to Departure – 50% of Charter & Catering Fees (if applicable)

  • 48 hours or less prior to departure - No refund.

  • In the event that Fish Moreton cancels a tour due to unsafe weather, unforeseen safety concerns or insufficient passenger numbers, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule your tour to a suitable future date.

What am I going to eat?

Whatever you like!  BYO food, plenty of room for your esky.  If you really dont want to, we can organise catering.  Soft Drinks & Water supplied.

Children

Although we love kids your children must be supervised at all times.  It is the responsibility of the parent and or guardian to ensure the safety of their child on the Vessel. 

Deposits & Payments

Payment must be made in full before departure.

Onboard

Super stable boat with the comfiest impact resistant flooring, great for the joints!!  Full Toilet onboard and ample seating.
